Work Permit recruitment for operational roles
Sector-aware recruitment support for employers building reliable operational teams.
The starting point
Recruit around the need, with the pathway in view.
Work Permit hiring is shaped by an employer’s sector, approved source countries, quota, levy and role requirements. Nebula helps employers define the manpower need, source against the correct pathway and coordinate the recruitment process.

Common questions
Useful clarity before you proceed.
Requirements change. Nebula will confirm the current process for the specific assignment before any application is made.
Which industries does Nebula prioritise?
Our initial focus is construction, marine and process support, manufacturing, logistics, facilities and eligible hospitality or food-service roles. The correct route always depends on the employer’s sector and prevailing MOM rules.
Can Nebula recruit from any country?
Nebula holds a Comprehensive Licence (All), but that does not override work-pass source restrictions. Candidate nationality, occupation and sector must fit the prevailing MOM framework.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. Work Permit applications are assessed by MOM. Nebula supports preparation and coordination but does not promise an outcome.
