1. Who this notice applies to
This notice applies to people who visit this website or contact Nebula Employment Pte. Ltd. about recruitment, placement, employment or related services. Nebula’s UEN is 202406900M and its employment agency licence number is 24C2182.
2. Information you may provide
Depending on the enquiry, you may provide your name, contact details, organisation, industry, hiring needs, nationality, current location, work-pass status, experience, role preferences and the contents of your message. English Bridge registrations collect your name, WhatsApp number, optional email address and the date of your consent.
Do not place passport numbers, NRIC or FIN numbers, banking details, passwords, one-time codes, medical information or other sensitive documents in the public website enquiry form.
3. How the website enquiry works
When you submit the website form, the information is sent directly to Nebula’s website database so the team can review and respond to your enquiry. Basic safeguards are used to reduce automated or repeated submissions. English Bridge registrations are stored in a separate programme register, accessible only to the authorised programme administrator. The team uses your supplied contact details to send class information. If the form is unavailable, you may instead email contact@nebulaemployment.com. WhatsApp enquiries are handled through WhatsApp’s platform and its applicable terms.
4. Why Nebula may use your information
Nebula may use information you provide to:
- respond to enquiries and arrange consultations;
- manage English Bridge registrations and send class information; registering for English lessons does not register you for recruitment;
- understand employer manpower requirements;
- consider jobseeker experience against relevant opportunities;
- coordinate recruitment, placement and work-pass support;
- meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations;
- protect candidates, employers and Nebula from misuse or fraud.
5. Disclosure and cross-border recruitment
Where necessary for a recruitment or placement purpose, relevant information may be shared with the prospective employer, candidate, authorised recruitment counterpart, service provider or applicable authority. Cross-border recruitment may require information to be handled outside Singapore. Nebula should limit disclosure to what is reasonably required for the stated purpose and applicable obligations.
6. Retention and security
Nebula should retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the recruitment purpose, legal duties or legitimate business records. No internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so sensitive documents should be shared only through an agreed channel after verifying the recipient.
7. Access, correction and enquiries
To ask about personal information you have supplied, or request an appropriate correction, contact contact@nebulaemployment.com. Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law.
8. External links
This website links to external services including MOM, ASEAN, Google Maps and WhatsApp. Their own privacy notices and terms apply when you use those services.
9. Website measurement
The website keeps aggregate daily counts of page views and successful enquiry submissions to understand which pages are useful. This measurement does not use advertising cookies and does not store an IP address, browser fingerprint or individual browsing history.
